How often should you do Pilates to see results?

Joseph Pilates said: "In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference.
In 20 you’ll see the difference.
In 30 you’ll have a whole new body.”

Here’s what he didn’t say —Those sessions have to be consistent.

1x per week = you’ll feel better.
2x per week = you’ll see change.
3x per week = your body starts to transform.
