Grief can often feel isolating as you try to envision a future without your loved one. If you are navigating the loss of someone in your life, we invite you to join us for grief support as we work toward embracing healing through a collective journey.

In partnership with Sparrow A Contemporary Funeral Home Inc Dwellness clinician, Megan Gaffney MHC-LP, will lead grief support therapy groups: Loss of Family and Friends & Loss to Su***de. Through these groups, we provide a safe and nurturing space for you to express and work through your grief while connecting with others facing similar situations.

We’re excited to introduce our new offering of EMDR therapy at Dwellness! EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that uses bilateral stimulation to help you process and deal with trauma and distressing life experiences.

EMDR therapy can help treat a single event or accumulated experiences of trauma, grief, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and more.

We understand how challenging it can be to confront past traumatic experiences, and that’s why we’re here to support you through the process while you embrace healing in a safe space.
