Every body tells a story. More and more, I'm understanding that part of a yoga practice is learning what our body is trying to tell us. It gives us a chance to be silent and listen ✨

Hello dears, I've had multiple folks as well as therapists reach out to me amidst this moment we are in, asking about trauma-informed yoga and embodied practices for survivors who are in need of additional support. My 8-week trauma-informed yoga class series for survivors is self-paced. It walks survivors through how to cultivate an at-home practice, provides written affirmations, and supportive check-ins around: setting intentions, safety, self-care, boundaries, assertiveness, strength, trust, community, and self-love.
This program provides the opportunity for survivors to:
- Access 8 audio recordings of themed trauma-informed yoga classes
- Find peace and healing through trauma-informed yoga practice
-Tap into inner strength and build resiliency skills and positive coping mechanisms for managing painful experiences
- Regain power and control through mindful movements and reconnection to the body
Right now we are offering sliding scale, payment plans, and half-priced scholarships for those with the greatest need with priority for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Please feel free to write us at info@zabieyamasaki.com to see how we can best support you. We also have trauma-informed yoga video classes available via a collaboration with .wellness and I’ll be offering a few live classes in the coming weeks. Link in bio with more information. Sending love. ❤️
