GRAND RISING! ‼️LAST NIGHT’S DINNER‼️
Dinner does not always need to something heavy just so that you FEEL full.
Most ppl eat late dinners that consist of heavy and rich foods that cause havoc on the digestive system for two reasons.
1. Is because the foods that you eat at this late hour are too rich and stagnant, they just sit in the digestive tract because the body is not in its digestive rhythm. So, as a consequence the undigested food sits somewhere in the digestive tract causing inflammation buildup and other health issues.
2. The environment in which you eat your meals play a major part also. If you are eating in a stressful environment all or most of the time then THIS will affect how your body digests its food. Poor digestion is linked to stress. Stress weakens the stomach. If the stomach is not working properly then the food will be digested properly and as a consequence you will NOT receive nutrients and this will lead to health issues. When having meals make sure that the environment around you is peaceful and joyful.
RECIPE:
Tomatoes on the vine (3)
Olive Oil
Fresh Cilantro
Feta Cheese
Plant-based Parmesan Cheese
Sea Salt
Black pepper
Dried Parsley
Sourdough bread (garlic & rosemary)
Directions:
Slice the tomatoes and add olive oil, salt, pepper and feta cheese to a bowl and mix. Then drizzle olive oil on the sourdough bread and lightly toast or to your liking.. Then once the bread id toasted, simply place the tomatoes on the bread and top with the plant-based parmesan and dried parsley and enjoy.😎
