Oh, y’all didn’t know that this is the REAL New Year?🙃

Let’s start it off the right way…….with some bodily spring cleaning.

One the best and most effective ways is to juice fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.

GRAND RISING‼️ TEPACHE‼️

TEPACHE (native to Mexico) is a natural homemade soda-like beverage that is also a PROBIOTIC.

Yes, it promotes gut-health. Improves digestion by helping to create and maintain healthy gut flora.

And because of its PROBIOTIC benefits it improves energy levels also.😎

It’s real easy to make.

Ingredients:

Pineapple rind (skin) and core
Whole cloves
Cinnamon sticks
Brown sugar
Spring or filtered water

Instructions:

Place pineapple rinds and core, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a 64oz mason jar. Then add the spring or filtered water and the add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Close jars tightly and leave on counter top for about 24-72 hrs. 24 hr should be good enough though.

After 24hrs, open watch the fizz and enjoy.😎

GRAND RISING‼️HOMEMADE GINGER ALE.😎

Ingredients:
Fresh organic ginger
Lemons
Cayenne pepper
Spring or filtered water

Directions:
Clean and chop ginger
Peel lemons
Throw all ingredients into blender, blend real good and then strain and BOOM‼️ homemade ginger shots

To make homemade ginger ale:

Simply add a little natural sweetener like raw honey or agave to a ginger shot and then pour mixture into any kind of seltzer water and enjoy.🙃
