Thought HeiHei was a goner last night—searched for 20 minutes: the coop, the run, even the garden. 9 babies, 2 adults means one is missing! No feathers flying means she *probably* want taken by a predator, but that's always my first concern. Turns out she wedged herself under the 💩 tarp like a feathered Houdini. Just some quiet peeps from the corner gave her away. She really is the HeiHei from Moana—zero sense, full drama. 🐔💫 With a head of feathers like that, how could she not be drama?

Our spring chicks!
We didn't have the best start but we've got 10 great chicks left! They are almost 3 weeks old and getting very active, trying to fly and get out of their brooder. So we moved them to the bathtub today 😆🐣
