Sunday Self-Care: Remember to take some time slow down, rest and pause. We push hard all week, constantly feeling the pressure to be productive... rest seems counterintuitive. Meanwhile, our body-mind-spirit needs respite to refuel and rejuvenate. Gentle ideas: recline on the couch or a comfy chair, maybe outside in the sun, with a book or a cuddly furry friend.
