Not everyone will share the same view as you, and not everyone has to like you. Their opinions are simply "their" opinions. People are caught up in their own lives. more often than not, it's not about you!!
Do not let your energy get affected by anyone else. Stop giving your power away. Do not waste your time dwelling over self-critical thoughts. Try to look at the situation objectively by considering a wide range of explanations. Analyze your emotional responses to distance yourself from those negative feelings, and approach the situation more rationally.

You are healing your wounds every tine you choose a positive thought, speak an affirmation, or breathe deeply instead of engaging with a negative thought. your pain will lessen, your heart will feel lighter and you will be calm. You will be HAPPY again.
It takes a lot of mental energy to motivate yourself when it seems like nothing is really improving in your life. You try so hard to change things, but you still feel like you're not moving forward. Each day looks the same as the day before. When negative thoughts crowd our minds, it's hard to notice any progress we've made or embrace the good things we've experienced. Calm your mind and give yourself time to release the negative thoughts. Even if things have not happened as you'd hoped, you can still try to see the subtle yet positive changes you have achieved. Trust the process. your efforts will bring result.

There are times when we feel stuck and powerless in our lives. While it is true that some situations are beyond our control. that doesn't mean that we should resort to hopelessness and inaction. Don't assure that this is how it always be. things will change for the better. Focus on the positive aspects of a situation. There is growth for your soul hidden in these times.
Our environment has a significant impact on our wellbeing.
When your environment is messy, with items scattered all over the place, you will go through the day with a constant sense of unease . Getting rid of clutter can help you to feel calmer and improve your mental focus. you can start by organizing one messy area of your home. you're less likely t procrastinate cleaning out just one area since it isn't an overwhelming goal. make a habit of getting rid of the excess and simplifying your life. Decluttering is liberating.
It is going to be ok. You will make it through the difficult times. you will find your way. Nothing and no one can ever take away your power to choose your response to any situation.

Words have great power. Be mindful of what you say to yourself and others. These words can evoke intense emotions.
Choose words that empower you, make you believe in your abilities,a and keep uyou moving forward. Feed the positive beliefs so they can grow stronger.
No matter how difficult your circumstances are right now, it's essential to remember that everything is constantly changing. This too shall pass. Your situation will change.
Accept your negative emotions with openness. Work towards being aware of your experiences in a non judgmental manner. Life is a process of change. Embrace every aspect of yourself. This can open you up to new possibilities, and ideas you never considered before.
Adopting a beginner's mind involves letting go of preconceived notions and approaching everything with an open attitude. Notice everything as if it was your first time .Slow down and open your senses to what you are experiencing .
Obsessing over other people's opinions of you blocks your connection with your truth. You end up becoming a slave to what other people want instead of actually tuning into your own needs. Let go of trying to please everyone. This is your live. Focus on loving yourself.

Who does "we" refer to? I'm talking about Peri-Menopausal and Menopausal Women (generally 40-65 years young). When we see advertisements on TV, we often see depictions of young women in their yoga pants at the gym or older women smiling while taking medication. What is absent is the middle aged woman who is living her best life.
As a middle-aged woman myself, I understand the unique and varied needs to feel healthy and happy. Remember: a healthy life is about more than just diet and exercise.

I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.
I studied and received my personal training certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America where I learned about the basics of nutrition and weight management, tools to assist in creating healthy habits, fitness screening, health assessment and injury prevention
