My name is Nadine Ghabrial and I currently live in Babylon, Long Island, New York.
Originally from Australia, I have been passionate about Health and Wellness for as long as I can remember. I graduated from the world’s largest nutrition school in New York City, The Institute For Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your wellness goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. I take a bio-individual approach to your health meaning that we are all unique and diet should be based on the individual. There is "no one diet fits all" model. I explore the concepts of Primary Food (What nourishes you off the plate to include lifestyle factors such as Career, Relationships, Finances, Spirituality, Home Environment, Social Life, Home Cooking, and Physical Fitness) vs Secondary Food (Your diet - the food you actually eat). This strategy provides a more holistic approach to your health and is what makes Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches different to other Health Practitioners.
I will guide you each step of the way in encouraging, supporting, and cheering you on throughout your journey to achieving your health goals and becoming your best self for you and your family!
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.
We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
A healthy transformation doesn't happen overnight. Remember, small and slow changes are key!
