Fifteenth years ago I was exhausted, in pain, and frustrated. I was doing everything doctors told me—restrictive diets, and even considering treatments that felt more like a band-aid than a solution. Nothing seemed to work. My body was still attacking itself, and I felt trapped in a cycle of symptoms.

What Didn’t Work:
❌ Relying only on medication – It masked symptoms but didn’t address the root cause.
