I took a road trip to Green Lake State Park to fulfill away. Should I’ve had for about two summers. My family and I drove about five hours to Syracuse, New York. To say it was worth it is an understatement , if you haven’t gone on a road trip across New York in general you need to. Green lake state park is absolutely beautiful. The city does not do this state in any justice🤭 take the road trip. Green Lake State Park has a beautiful Clearwater lake. We did not get a chance to go to the beach we pretty much used the pool at the hotel but the trail was amazingly beautiful and relaxing pkus rejuvenating.. just what I needed for my birthday this year. Cancer season was just a success overall. I feel clarity, hope, and more confidence to walk into the next chapter of my life. Cheers to that 🥂

Imagine your belief is like a table top and the evidence that supports your belief is like the table
legs. You look at the evidence and make a conclusion—a belief about it. Just like with a table, if
you knock enough legs out from under it the belief will collapse. You do this by creating doubt
about your evidence or looking at it in a different way.

Then, after you collapse the old,
unwanted belief that makes you doubt yourself or your dream, you can use the same method to
build up a new one. That’s right, it works in reverse! If you determine a belief that is more
empowering that you’d prefer, you can find evidence that SUPPORTS your new belief. Add at
least 3 legs and the table will stand.
When we hold limiting beliefs, they hold us back from our potential.
The good news is even the more strongly held beliefs that hold up the overall belief can be
undone.

The key is to question the evidence we use to support it, remove the superglue, and find
a new, more empowering belief to replace it with.
Before we begin, it’s important to understand that when we’re talking about limiting beliefs, we
are not saying that the belief is FALSE. It may be true or based on things that really happened.

But, whether it’s true or false isn’t the point. We’re looking at beliefs that are either empowering
or disempowering. They’re either useful or harmful. Time to rewire.

Okay, so, here's the deal with coaching, straight up:

It's 70% me really listening, and only 30% me asking the tough questions.

And honestly? That's a huge part of why I freaking love it, even with my neurodivergent brain doing its own thing. When I'm locked in with a client? They're my sole focus. Look, I'm a certified life coach, not some guru with all the answers. But I do have a killer arsenal of holistic tools – mental, physical, spiritual – that I'm dying to share. You get to decide how and when you use them, these tools I've spent years mastering.

My superpower? Active listening, baby!

When we're working together, expect this:

My undivided attention. Seriously, no distractions.
Eye contact. I'm here.
Notes. Tons of notes.
Pure, focused listening.
Here's the breakdown of how I do it:

Listen. Like, really listen.
Acknowledge. Let you know I'm hearing you.
Clarify. Bounce it back, make sure we're on the same page.
Respond.
4a. And then, back to listening!
4b. Brainstorm options together.
4c. Dive deeper with questions.
