Meet Ally Akenberger, our BCBA of the Month💙
Ally’s passion for supporting individuals with autism started when she was just five years old, peer modeling for a classmate during speech therapy and playdates. That early experience stuck with her, and helped shape her entire career.

After studying special education in college and working as an in-home ABA provider, Ally spent four years teaching before taking the leap to become an RBT, and eventually, a BCBA. Today, she works with Lighthouse ABA remotely from Oxford, MS, helping families make meaningful, lasting progress.

We’re beyond lucky to have Ally on our team. She brings warmth, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to every family she works with, and somehow still finds time to bake beautiful custom sugar cookies for her friends and family. 🍪
