Last Saturday, I had the best time at our Breast Cancer Awareness Zumba class! 🤩 The energy was electric as we danced our hearts out, and it was truly inspiring to see so many people come together to support this important cause. 💖 We had a blast, and it was a reminder that even in the face of serious challenges, we can find joy and strength in coming together. 💪 Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun and impactful event!

As we continue through Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I want to share a reminder from the heart. 💖 I’m a proud 6th year Breast Cancer Survivor, and it all started with early detection. My Stage 2 Breast Cancer was found through a routine mammogram back in 2017.

Ladies, if you’re 40 or older, don’t wait. Schedule your mammograms and stay on top of them. Early detection truly saves lives.✊🏼 Also, don’t forget your monthly breast self-exams. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but your health is priceless. Prioritize those screenings and self-care—your future self will thank you!🙏🏽

So here is my Public Service Announcement: If you are a woman who is 40 years and older, please make sure you start getting your Mammograms and stay consistent with it. My Stage 2 Breast Cancer was found on a Routine Mammogram back in 2017. So don't sleep on your Mammograms, early detection is Key.✊🏼 Even earlier detection is to do your Breast Checks every month. Please don't get too busy with life that you forget to stay on top of your health, screenings and self-care.🙏🏽 Self-Care is the Best Care! ✊🏼.
