Fun Facts:

When your fasting your first 24 hours your body will get hungry at meal time because of habit. It knows this is time to eat. If you ride out the wave your body will feed on it’s body fat. When you continue fasting for days the hunger dies down which makes the fasting easier. So by Day 5 or so your gliding through the fast. This is how ppl do long extended fasts.

When your doing a low calorie diet your hungry all the time because your feeding it all the time and constantly spiking your insulin.

Overall the best way to lose weight hands down is with a fast.

And if that means doing 7, 5 , 14 days back to back with refeed do that. I don’t expect if you have 50 lbs to fast 50 days straight. But incorporate every week fasting followed with omad for 1 or 2 days and jump back into it.
