Often times, life hits us hard and it can be debilitating. We seek relief but often our quick fixes only compound our suffering. I would like to help you become "unstuck", become less anxious, worried and more comfortable with yourself. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with close to 15 years of experience providing therapy to those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction.

I utilize multiple theoretical approaches in order to support clients in maximizing their full potential in decreasing the intensity of their issues. I believe in creating a safe place for clients to open up about their struggles, free of judgment, while developing a strong collaborative therapeutic alliance. I am currently accepting the following insurance through Headway.co : Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar and Cigna; I also accept Self-Pay clients and offer a generous sliding scale.
