Since opening in 1989, Bay Ridge Family Eyecare has been owned and operated by Paul Patsalis O.D.. He was born and raised in Bay Ridge, He attended PS 102, McKinley JHS, Ft. Hamilton HS, and graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in 1987.
