We will discuss mental, sexual, and physical health for those with Type 2 Diabet

es. We will discuss various medications used to treat diabetes how they impact the body, and which one may be better for you. We will discuss diet, exercise and supplementation to help you better understand how you can reverse the effects of the disease. We also will help you prepare for your doctor visit so you may better understand how you need to go into the doctor office so as to maximize your visit.

Make sure you take care of your health this year. Remember you are very important to a lot of people. If you DO NOT HAVE adequate health care insurance or you don't have any health care insurance, make sure you go to www.HealthCare.gov The deadline is Thursday for enrollment. If you have health insurance with your job, you can STILL add additional coverage via the marketplace. If you have DENTAL issues, make sure you SIGN UP. There are so many people who LOVE you, but you must first LOVE yourself enough to ensure you are doing everything possible to be healthy.
