I remember once in a yoga class the teacher asked us to close our eyes, make a wild wish, and whisper it into our hands. Something that maybe feels impossible.

To my own surprise, I whispered “One day I want to be a yoga teacher”

At that time I had worked as an accountant for 25 years. The idea felt almost silly. On the way home I was even smiling to myself thinking, what a crazy thought.

And yet here I am. Years later I’m doing what I love the most. I teach yoga, I see people getting stronger, calmer, happier. I work with kids, with older students, with beginners who think they’re “not flexible enough.”

So if you ever feel like you’re too late to start something new , trust me, you’re not. Sometimes the smallest whisper can change your whole life.

Consistency is one of the most powerful things in life. It’s so important to build a routine where you do something for yourself every day, even if it’s very small. Maybe it’s just 5 or 10 minutes. It may sound like nothing, but it’s actually a big step. It can be as simple as starting your morning with a glass of water, doing a few stretches, taking a moment to prepare a good breakfast, or taking the vitamins that support your body. These small daily actions create a system, a habit. Doing something once in a while, even if it’s a lot, doesn’t work the same way. What really changes us is what we do every single day

Last night I decided to take a break from yoga today.
But this morning I woke up, took my mat and somehow my body just started moving.
I guess I can’t live without it anymore.

When you do something long enough, your body begins to ask for it.
Give it time. One day it stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like a treat

♥️Sometimes that voice in our head is very convincing. It tells us we’re too tired, it’s bad weather, maybe tomorrow. But every time I choose to move anyway, something shifts. Yoga is not about being perfect or doing the hardest pose. It’s about showing up. It’s about staying strong enough to play with my kids, get up from the floor easily, travel, stay active, and fully enjoy life. You can do more or you can do less, just come to the mat and give yourself that time. Your future self will be quietly grateful
