NO EXCUSES!

Peace Family!
As someone who has been juicing for damn near 40 years, i must say things are easier than ever.

I have used all different types of juicers and each has had its own benefits. I loved centrifugal but they kept vibrating right off the counter and waking everybody up, the slow masticating units offered the most versatility and the twin gears the best extraction for overall.

They each have their caveats but i must say the new vertical juices are the very best for a new user or casual juicer. This Omega vertical juicer i am using is damn near effortless and cleanup is easy.

The key to Juicing is to Juice and many of us have given up because of the difficulty involved; if you are patient, choose the right tools and are consistent you will easily overcome that.
