This supportive group is open to women (inclusive of trans women) and femme-identified adults 21+ experiencing depression, anxiety, or mood challenges who are looking for a creative space to process emotions, build coping skills, and share experiences in a supportive environment.

We’ll use art-making as a way to gently reveal what’s underneath β€” and process it together.

✨ All materials are included.
✨ No art experience is required.

This isn’t about being β€œgood” at art. It’s about being honest, curious, and willing to show up.

This space is about:
β€’ expressing what feels hard to name
β€’ building creative coping tools
β€’ strengthening self-esteem
β€’ feeling seen and supported in community
