In the spirit of Thanksgiving, as you reflect on your life, what are you thankful for?

I am grateful for my son, my family, friends and clients, a warm house, a nice meal, the ability to breath deeply, waking up today, a warm shower, an embracing hug, and connection.

Our relationships are a gift. The wonderful ones are simply joyous!

What about the challenging ones? What are they showing you? Your relationship to others, to your job, to the food you eat, to yourself??

There is a gift in all of them. Especially the challenging ones. It those challenges, an opportunity arises to reflect on your ways and their impact on your overall health.

Where do you say yes, when you really mean no? Feel guilty or shameful for wanting what you want? Get hurt or offended with a comment or gesture?

These are all signs of a deeper internal disconnection. Oversteping your own boundaries, being misaligned and feeling the same hurts that haven't healed. You feel that in your body, and it usually manifests in physical symptoms.

What do you get to work on to become more fulfilled, more satisfied, and more grateful?
