Let's acknowledge our current threshold. We are standing on the precipice of the darkest 6 weeks of the year. In 3 weeks it will be the solstice, Dec 21st, and 3 more after that it will be January 10th, and we will be well on our way into 2023.

Let’s take a few breaths together.

Turn your attention to your breath,
notice its direction and flow,
notice its pace,
notice you can sit into the center
of your breath
and there is support
and ease
within the constant movement.

In the moments following, as your attention returns to the space around you and to what you need to do next, notice that your attention had the opportunity to be renewed, to be refreshed from the depth of presence that emanates from your vibrant heart.

Such a simple but complete turn of our attention creates a pivotal shift. Acknowledging the recalibrating that follows places you in your inner power.
May we feel centered and held in more moments than we feel rushed, depleted and overwhelmed in the weeks ahead!
