When a potential investor leading our fundraising process went bankrupt, it forced me to reassess and rebuild our strategy. We shifted from a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model to a business-to-business (B2B) strategy. This pivot turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as our new approach proved to be more relevant and effective.
