Charlotte's approach revolves around building healthy connections with food, health, and their environment. This approach foster's a life of balanced nutrition and nurturing. I use a creative mindset and holistic approach to tailor nutrition, movement, and self-care strategies that create lifelong transformation. I started my journey over 15 years ago. I help people overcome Emotional Eating and Overeating that lead to and Negative Body Image Stigmas. I’ve learned that our unique journeys and goals are greatly connected to our family and social circles. Our health and well-being are maximized when we are empowered from the inside. As a Wellness Coach I teach people to build healthy connections with nutrition, fitness, herbs and their environment to experience a life of balanced nutrition and nurturing. I use a mindset holistic approach to tailor nutrition and self- care strategies that create lifelong transformation.
