I’m offering online Kundalini Yoga classes on Mondays at 6:30 am ET and Wednesdays at 8 pm ET. Each class lasts for approximately 75 minutes.
Kundalini yoga combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mantras to strengthen the nervous system and mind-body connection. Unlike a typical yoga class at a gym, which focuses primarily on physical fitness and flexibility, Kundalini yoga is a holistic practice that seeks to balance physical, mental, and spiritual health, making it the perfect practice for those looking for a more profound, more transformative yoga experience.
You can experience Kundalini yoga right from the comfort of your own home on Zoom. You don’t even have to turn your camera on! Go to the link in my bio to learn more and sign up. It’s that easy.
Everyone is welcome here. You don’t need fancy yoga clothes or previous experience. These classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all.
Group classes are donation based. We suggest a minimum donation of $11 but understand that this may only be feasible for some. If you’re unable to donate at the moment, please use the code KARMAYOGA when checking out. This code will waive the suggested minimum donation.
