From January 26 - 27, 2022 filmmakers, mental health professionals, and community leaders will lead insightful, interactive workshops focused on the unique experiences of AAPI people and their mental health.

Get your mental fitness on! Compiling a “toolbox” of things you can do that to improve your mental and emotional health and safety is so useful! This toolbox is also helpful to refer to when you’re having a challenging time whether it’s anxiety, imposter syndrome, having a bad day, and more!

This Friday, June 4, 4:30-5:30pm ET, I’m so excited to be leading a virtual workshop in collaboration with : Sanctuary Space- Soul Care for the AAPI Community.
I will be leading a discussion to empower the AAPI community through a reflection of your strengths to begin healing racial trauma, bolster your mental fitness, and explore tangible acts of self-care in order to walk away with some sense of release.

Tomorrow, May 22-23 is the centered around celebration, empowerment, and reclamation of the AAPI identity! It’s a 2 day event IRL in BK!

I’ll be moderating the “More than Math” panel, a conversation on reframing conventional Asian career paths and how to break into underrepresented industries.

I’ll also be leading the “Soul Care” workshop where we will talk about the power of mindfulness in activism, how we can care for ourselves and in turn-others, as well as establishing intentions moving forward.
