Calme Calme (fr.) Deep Tissue Massage
Sometimes you need more than gentle and firm. Sometimes you need more depth to your session. Post Partum Massage
Let’s be real.

for calm is a means to steal a moment from this crazy NYC life to gather yourself through massage where your mind and body connects to quiet the noise and calm the feeling. Swedish Massage
Indulge in a gentle yet firm massage with various slow long strokes of effleurage to soothe your body and mind encouraging relaxation. Deep tissue helps relieve the tension and stubborn knots, providing a means to restoring balance within. Prenatal Massage
There is something beautiful and wonderful happening within you but the changes are faster than you can keep up with, from a little bump to a full blown baby bump ready to pop. There are many changes happening from sore breasts and stretched skin to weak hips and having a hard time sleeping. These sessions are customized to your needs in the moment to help you enjoy your pregnancy. Giving birth is not as easy as it looks. You just pushed out a baby and now your core is over stretched, your body is sore after laboring for hours, and now you have to keep up with your little one. You can have a massage almost immediately after after you deliver! Postpartum massages are gentle and soothing with a little belly rub meant to soothe your cramps and ease lower back pain as you transition into your fourth trimester. Infant Massage
It can be a little overwhelming to be parents for the first time. There are so many benefits to massaging your baby regularly, including building a stronger emotional bond, developing trust, sensory stimulation, encouraging neuromuscular connections, potentially prevent colic, treating gas, and help your baby transition into bedtime. This session is 75 minutes long and is a hands on instructional session where we teach you and your partner how to massage your baby. Prenatal Doula
We help you through the changes and overwhelm you may feel during your pregnancy, help you know what to expect during labor and share ways to ease labor pains. We even teach your partner how to help you through painful contractions and discomforts through massage and acupressure. We are here to provide emotional, informational, and physical support during labor and delivery. We stay with you up to 2 hours after you deliver and then check in everyday for the first three days, as well as occasional check ins 3 months and 6 months after you give birth.

It's back to school week! Ensuring a smooth transition for your kids is key to a successful start. A strong routine can make all the difference. From playtime to bedtime, creating a schedule fosters familiarity and reduces stress and anxiety for everyone. Adequate sleep sets them up for a productive day ahead. On average children need between 9-13 hrs of sleep while adults need between 7 - 9 hrs.

As a parent to a child with both ADHD and mental health struggles, I cannot stress adequate sleep enough. Even with my little one, and with children I used to babysit before becoming a parent myself, the lack of adequate sleep makes them hyperactive during the day, cranky, even really anxious and sometimes worse.

As an adult we might think we are exempt from the side effects of sleep deprivation but we’re not. You see, when we sleep, and I mean everyone, our brains get to process what happened during the day, the things we learned, things we experienced, and our bodies get to reset so that we start fresh. When we disrupt this process, we are piling on more things for our body to sort out in a shorter period of time contributing to physical and mental stress and over time, a serious imbalance.
