I’m so humbled and honored to be a panelist, along with Keisha-Gaye Anderson, MFA, at the Brooklyn College event organized by Prof. Ngoc Cindy Pham to discuss how different cultural backgrounds influence business practice in the post Covid-19 era.
I am looking forward to exchange ideas and solutions with other great minds.
The Global Pandemic caused by COVID-19 has heavily changed the fabric of America's economic and work market, posing new and unforeseeable challenges.
At the same time, our society's inherent diversity and multiculturalism have turned out to be a highly resourceful reservoir of creativity, innovation, adaptation, and resilience that presents original and new solutions. But, inevitably, in part, novelty translates into uncharted territories and uncertainty and creates new challenges.
The Brooklyn College IBA Club is proud to present the Panel Discussion 'How different cultural backgrounds influence business practice in the post-Covid-19 era' with experts Joseph Ralph Fraia and Keisha-Gaye Anderson, who will bring their professional experience and expertise in self-development, communication, and mental health to offer a fresh and engaging take on the most effective approaches to overcome the difficulties posed to businesses by the post-pandemic scenario.
In this event organized by Brooklyn College Business Management Professor Ngoc Cindy Pham, the students and the community will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers on April 13, 2022, from 2:15 to 3:40 pm during a panel discussion in which hosted by Brooklyn College Professor Ngoc Cindy Pham, who will moderate the conversation about the growth and challenges of running a black-owned business.
The event is made possible by the sponsorship of the Wolfe Institute of Humanities, Koppelman School of Business.
The discussion will take place via zoom at the link hereby provided.
