The art of pumping when you’re home alone with baby… it’s not for the weak 😮‍💨

Save these 3 tips to get your pump session:

🍼 Save your baby’s favorite toys or activities for your pump session. Bouncers, jumpers, a toy they love are all good ones

(Older babies or have other little ones home too? Save any and all screen time for pumping, or have a toy pump basket for your toddler with special toys too)

🍼 Set up all your pump parts and pump area before you put baby down so that you don’t lose those first minutes looking for a duckbill when you could be pumping

🍼 Cross your fingers and good luck. You got this!

The Pitcher Method is just the act of pooling all your milk together after each pumping session and storing it in the fridge. Then, when it’s time to make bottles, you pour directly from that pitcher, and put it back in the fridge when you’ve finished.

You can combine fresh milk with already cold milk.

This can help reduce the amount of space in your fridge and reduce the number of bottles you need to wash too.

Can’t decide between the Eufy and Momcozy M5?

It comes down to how you want to access your pump!

If you want a truly hand-free operation - the Eufy is controlled through an app on your phone using Bluetooth (so if you don’t want Bluetooth near your breasts, opt for a different pump). It also comes with a charging case - giving you a longer time between charges

The M5 has all the buttons right on your pump - and even though the case is nice, it does not do anything aside from hold your pumps.

Otherwise - both are great wearable pump options!

The Momcozy Change Go Stroller system has become one of my favorites! It’s easy to use, and I love that it’s half the price of some of the similar ones on the market.

It offers many configurations and comes with one seat and the bassinet. My favorite add-on accessory is definitely the wagon seat - perfect for those 3-4 year olds who are too big for a traditional stroller, but still have little legs and can’t keep up on those long walks.

One thing I don’t love about this stroller is that in order to take it anywhere, everything needs to come off - which means this might not be the best stroller for those in and out of the car errands, but great for long walks in your neighborhood.
