I wrote for 4th trimester moms. But honestly- you’re all welcome.
We’re going to do 30 mins on zoom. 15 mins will be a topic (see 2nd page here on the post) and 15 mins of us talking about whatever you want to talk about!

Motherhood is tough. And as says it best- motherhood is feeling alone but you’re never alone. Well, I created this new program to help, how I know I can.
