Illness is running rampant in our household. 😔

With the increased cases of RSV and Pneumonia, I am hyper-vigilant. So I made a slow-simmered tea of Marshmallow Root, Elecampane, and Echinacea. I sweetened the tea with Citrus honey to cut the bitterness and a few drops of Oil of Oregano. I don’t have any measurements, I stopped when the ancestors told me to. 🤍😂

Marshmallow root soothes irritated tissues, especially in the respiratory and digestive tracts. It helps relieve coughs, sore throats, and digestive discomfort by creating a protective coating, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing.

Echinacea boosts immune health, helps fight off infections, reduces inflammation, and may relieve symptoms of colds and respiratory issues. It’s valued for its antiviral and antioxidant properties, making it a popular choice for natural immune support.
