Hey Lambeau FC community, as a proud member, an avid supporter of our city, and a coach passionately backing Lambeau FC from the USA, I'm thrilled to announce the LAMBEAU IS LOVE Youth Football Tournament! 🏆⚽️

This event is not just about the game; it's a celebration of kids' development, camaraderie, and the spirit of our community. To all parents, families, and teammates, join us on March 2nd & 3rd, 2024, at Lambeau Playfield. Let's foster an environment where our young talents can shine, have fun, and build lasting memories.

Last night was about forging connections and building bridges at the Black Developers Forum Jazz Reception.

Thanks to Kim Pipkin and our fantastic BDF team, we had a phenomenal turnout with 180 RSVPs, proving that our community is thriving.

Before the Jazz Reception, the VIP gathering was an exclusive opportunity for BDF Members to connect with sponsors and representatives from JP Morgan Chase, US Bank, Capital Impact Partners, and more friends at SPUR HQ.
Our collaborative mission to bridge the wealth gap and forge meaningful developer-capital partnerships is stronger than ever.

A big shoutout to Nikki A. Beasley, Kim Pipkin, Regina Davis, and many others for guiding us as emerging developers.

Before you can be consistent with anything in your life, you must develop your mindset First. You can't expect to accomplish a big audacious goal or a breakthrough without doing the work.

- [ ] Identify where you currently are in your journey. ( be honest with yourself )
- [ ] Understand the mental adjustment to get there.
- [ ] Write down what you want in your personal, business & social life. ( be detailed about what you want to receive & give )(e.g., income goal, travel, health, investment, giving back, etc..)

Make up your mind to create a vacuum.
- [ ] Everything that is not pulling or punching you towards your goals. ( Get rid of it.)
- [ ] Wright down habits, things you do on a daily, and people who are not serving you towards your goals. ( Get rid of them.)
- [ ] It would be best to write it down on paper, then burn it.
- [ ] Clean out your closet. Get rid of old things that are taking up space in your environment.

Get ready things are going to be uncomfortable.
- [ ] First thing in the AM & last thing at night, you should read over your goals. For 21 days,( repeat )
- [ ] Affirmations - I am so happy and grateful now that…. ( AM & PM )
- [ ] Meditation, pray.
- [ ] Gratitude time ( be quiet for 5 mins and ask for guidance for the day.
- [ ] Personal development
- [ ] You will need a mentor.

More than just a club, Tobago football giants Lambeau FC is a community that has produced world-class talent over the years, on a national and international level.
As the club embarks on the youth development system, focusing on technique, playing with speed, having a vision for the game on the pitch. Off the pitch, coach Curtis Moses knows in other for the next generation to break into a world-class player; mindset is 95% key. The academy vision through personal development will educate, strengthen the philosophy of the youth, and prepare them to be mentally strong in every aspect to build a stronger community for tomorrow.

We must have daily non-negotiable habits to keep our force and discipline.

One of my mentors once said: If you are not growing mentally & physically each day, you are dying each day. 💭

There is no secret:

• I can enhance my life to live a happier, healthier, more weather life.

• or I can stick with the bit of knowledge I know, not educate myself more, stop being health-conscious, have a poor mindset, poor perception of life.

I can't have both.

We either GROW or DIE.

• consistency, persistence, the pursuit of being better than I was yesterday.

•7-8 hours of sleep to perform at a high level for 16 hours.
•Meditation
•Dailiy affirmations
•Gratitude
•Read a book( few pages )
•Train every day ( get up and move)
•Eat in a more healthy manner
•No alcohol
•look over goals first thing in the AM & last In the PM.

Once you believe, make it a habit, the change becomes real.
