Today, our Ambulatory Care registered nurses are at the Fidelis Care “Unity in Queens” event in Travers Park, they provided over 140 blood pressure screenings and shared helpful hospital service information with our amazing community.

We loved seeing families pick up back-to-school supplies and connect with so many local organizations. It was inspiring to be part of such an uplifting community celebration. 💙

Next up: Join us for our Elmhurst Su***de Prevention in Youth Block Party on Saturday, September 6 from 10am to 3pm at our Community Medical Center (41st Ave & 80th St.). This event will kick off National Su***de Prevention Week (Sept. 7–13) with resources, giveaways, raffles, entertainment, and activities for all ages. Let’s come together and support our community’s wellness! 🌟

We had such an uplifting time at our Summer Yoga with Elmhurst ***de in (E.S.P.Y)! Yoga gave everyone a chance to reset their minds, build strength, and embrace calm breathing techniques that we can carry into everyday life. 🧘‍♀️✨

💼 $52,000 salary plus great benefits
🕒 Full time, 40 hours per week
🌍 Must live or work in Queens, bilingual (Spanish preferred)
🎯 1+ year experience, at least 5 births supported

Rain or shine! We joined Assemblywoman Jessica González-Rojas, Council Member Tiffany Cabán, and Congresswoman Alexandria Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or a Backpack Giveaway at Gorman Playground where families came together to get ready for the school year.

Our amazing registered nurses provided over 30 blood pressure screenings while children picked up free backpacks to start the year strong. 💙
