Project N95 is the leading rapid-response nonprofit organization (501c3) created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We help healthcare providers and frontline workers source PPE from vetted suppliers while driving transparency in the market through procurement best practices.
Mission: To deliver critical medical equipment as quickly as possible into the hands of frontline workers and underserved communities by serving as an honest, transparent, and at-cost procurement source.
We provide frontline organizations with the opportunity to purchase verified respirators, masks, gloves, face shields, ventilators, and more (full dynamic list with certifications) at prices they can afford.
We are a volunteer-powered organization of 100-plus individuals with backgrounds across government, health, and technology.
Our Solution
Accurately Identifying Supply and Demand: We collect requests from providers on their critical equipment needs, from N95 respirators to face shields to medical-grade cleaning supplies, and have comprehensive nationwide data on where needs exist. We have also been providing this data publicly to local governments and media.
Vetting: Project N95 has created a process for finding and conducting due diligence on suppliers, rigorously checking both documentation and references. In addition, we also capture feedback from those who have purchased equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that frontline organizations purchasing PPE are doing so from a trusted source.
Intelligent Matching through the Marketplace: For institutions that are able to meet minimum order quantities and payment terms, we match them with suppliers who best suit their needs based on product availability, delivery lead times, and order quantity.
