Stirring in leftover Bajan Cherry sauce reduction into chocolate cake batter (with a bit of orange zest) made for a extra moist, robustly flavored dessert goodness — especially a slice of it lounging in ever more of the cherry sweet sauce.
I still have a scant but left of the Bajan cherry sauce, which I think I'll use in a compound butter, to spread over waffles one morning. We'll see ....
