This simple exercise can help us diminish nervous tension by slightly holding the points behind the earlobes and the sides of the neck, where the vagus nerve pops up. 🌿 Put the tip of your middle fingers behind your earlobes - there's a hollow space right behind them. Cover both sides of your throat, tilt your chin up a little bit, and breathe. šŸ’†ā€ā™€ļø We'll do the breathing while covering the throat. If you can hum or tone, it will activate the vagus nerve even better. Hold this position for a minute or two. Do this exercise as much as you need to. Repeat before bed to fall asleep faster. 😓

The symbology of the dragon was the leitmotif of my last few weeks. Although the dragon symbolizes prosperity, good luck and success, in my personal mythology it was so much more like a hidden dark force in me... I didn't look up for the explanations these days, but it is the same in Jungian psychology - the dragon symbolizes the Shadow, a monster under your bed, the unconscious and repressed aspects of you that you don't want to see or accept. The more you ignore it, the bigger and stronger it becomes. However, the real role of this scary dragon (your shadow) is to free you from your perceived limitations.
Maybe you've noticed that you have some difficult patterns or tendencies, the ones that you judge in yourself or in others. Maybe you see your irrational fears (all fears are actually irrational) or your tendency to overreact. When you see that something triggers you, you can be sure that these are the aspects of your Shadow at play.
The shadow is all those things that we're afraid of that we are. We're so afraid we don't even really want to look at them. Interestingly enough, these parts of ourselves are absolutely illusory. And yet, they make us have strong emotional responses. Our mind translates these responses into thoughts. We become attached to these negative thoughts and habits, self-talk, self punishment, self blame, and become really hard on ourselves.
This is how we get the anticipatory fear, this is how we get patterns of self-criticism. We don't really want to see the truth or see what's there or see clearly because we're so afraid of being vulnerable...
Ahhhhh... vulnerability..... Vulnerability is often seen as a weakness, almost as a dishonor, but it is just the opposite, it is one of the greatest strengths, it is your open-mindedness, your open-heartedness... It makes you to connect with others on a deeper level. Vulnerability nourishes our empathy and understanding of self and others. Vulnerability, when it is taken as a strength, helps us to get a wider perspective, so that we don't have to assume that just because we don't know what's there, in our shadow, it's somehow dark or terrible, that we can see a bigger picture. We become not so hard on ourselves and we get more space to be creative and expressive, try new things and take risks and feel carefree...
When we allow negative thoughts or emotions just wash through us, they have less control over us. We begin to feel more comfortable in our bodies, more playful, and we can even allow ourselves to receive more love...
Shadow work takes a lot of courage and dedication. It might take years of listening to your inner chatter, years of keeping your dream diaries, years in therapy... It is so rewarding that it is worth the effort. I've been so lucky and blessed to become a Bio-Energetic Synchronization(BEST for short) Technique practitioner. BEST sheds off years of your struggle. A little more about the power of intentions
As Max Planck once said, "At every moment of our life, there are many possible futures lying dormant, waiting for our intentions to activate them." This means that our thoughts and intentions influence the course of events. It is less mysterious than it sounds.
The more scientists study matter, the more they see that it is not merely a stagnant substance, but a dynamic and animated one. Matter contains about 99.99% empty space. It is nothing but energy vibrating at different frequencies. Energy possesses its own communication network, and we are intricately connected to it. We are not separate from the universe but rather a part of it. Our thoughts are energy, our bodies are energy, and the outer and inner worlds are nothing but energy. We are a part of the animated fabric of existence. Consciously or not, we are constantly exchanging energy and information with our surroundings (and the entire creation).
The power of unity and compassion brings the power of intention to a new level. By holding laser-focused attention and intention, we can heal people, including their physical health and their entire lives. The power of group intention heals even the most complicated and hopeless conditions. I have witnessed this in healing retreats and in groups that practice healing intentions. There is one condition - the recipients have to believe that the greatest good will be done.
So, belief is the secret ingredient of any healing process. Numerous studies have explored the power of the placebo effect. Not only with medications but even with surgeries, the placebo effect adds up to 30% to the positive outcome of the treatment.
So, our intention is the address we put into the GPS, and our belief in that intention is the GPS itself. You can go as far as you like, but even a little shift in the navigation can take you far from the place you were heading. There are many teachings and techniques that can help you navigate your life. Obviously, vision boards, meditation, journaling, and many other things will help, and it would be a mistake not to add those to your practices.
Energy healing brings balance in every aspect of your life and your health, and it is very helpful in bringing clarity to your true intentions and your beliefs.
Energy healing is not a quick fix, but it aligns your intentions and beliefs on a very deep level. I often see in my personal healing practice how tricky it can be - you want to heal something, but your subconscious mind wants to keep you safe. For the subconscious, "safe" means familiar, the same, with the same kinds of issues. Energy work releases trapped emotions and fixes the communication between your conscious intentions and your subconscious programming. The conscious mind has just about 5% impact on our thoughts and actions, as you know, my loves...

Intention is the starting point of every dream. Whether it's money, relationships, spiritual awakening, love, or health, everything begins with the creative power of intention. Although it may sometimes seem that we have an intention deficit and allow life to happen to us, intention serves as our guide at any given moment.
It may look like we have many intentions, but they can all be divided into two categories: the intent to avoid pain through controlling behavior, and the intent to learn about loving oneself and sharing with others. For example, when you have the goal of getting a new car parked in your driveway, it may be an attempt to avoid the pain of not feeling adequate, or on the opposite end, your intention may be to share your love with your loved ones.
We experience feelings through our bodies, but from an early age, we learn to avoid painful emotions. This is why we often overthink, ignore our bodies, and dissociate. We turn to food, alcohol, ni****ne, TV, social media, and shopping to numb our emotional pain and escape from the responsibility of learning from it. The more skilled we become at ignoring our feelings, the less inner guidance we have, and the more empty and alone we may feel.
The good news is that when you are open to learning about your feelings and willing to heal that root cause of your pain, you become connected to your true self. You begin to love yourself and to share that love with others. At this point, your entire life and your overall well-being begin to flourish, pleasantly surprising you along the way.
So, to safe your time and efforts you need to know what you really need. What you want is one thing, what you need is not necessarily the same. Universe plays a role of a parent here. When you want to have candies, the chances are universe will give you veggies, since it is what you really need.
So, my darlings, set the intention to get to know your true feelings, take loving care of them. Set your intentions beginning with the baby steps such as cooking a tasty dinner or having an amazing day. And then dream louder, my loves!

I don't know if it is just me, or something have changed with our foods this year. Usually fruits and vegetables taste as empty as now, in the late spring. I'm not talking about my taste buds. It is rather the feedback of my body, a crave for something rich in nutrients. Whatever causes this nutrient depletion in foods, the exhaustion of the soil or chemical overload, we have to cope with it. My go to this year are citrus fruits, and especially zest of lemons and oranges. That outer colored portion of citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and limes, actually contains a wealth of health benefits. Here are a few ideas for you, my darlings:
- Citrus zest is packed with antioxidants, such as flavonoids and vitamin C, which can help protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals. Lemon peel contains 5 to 10 times more vitamins than lemon itself! Calcium, potassium and Vitamin C - such a nutritional boost for your bones! It contains salvestrol Q40 and limonene, which helps in fighting the cancer cells. A study found that consumption of lemon peels in tea prevented the growth of cancer cells. Lemon peels also have some healthy enzymes. And it smells so delicious... So, think again before throwing away the lemon peel, my darlings.
The natural oils of citrus zest support healthy digestion by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and improving nutrient absorption.

These may seem like odd times we're living in, and maybe this is what we were designed for - to thrive amidst chaos and challenges. Throughout history, humanity has faced countless difficulties, and we became experts in change. We have a need to change imprinted practically in our DNA...
What to we have to change living in the corporate mainstream culture? It's time to us to get back to basics, to work with our true nature, not against it.
Today everyone is so desperate for a reset of their nervous system. Is it even possible? Let's be realistic - we will always get stressors and we will never rid ourselves of the fight-flight response. The fight-flight response is our in-built protective mechanism and we need it when we encounter a real danger (a roaring lion is chasing you). However, it is is not very helpful when we get the email from our boss or have to deal with a difficult family member. For our ancestors fight-flight response worked wonders. The threatening situations more often than not were resolved in 20-40 minutes. That's why we survived as species. That's why we inherited that body-mind hyper-vigilance. In modern life fight-flight response can last as long as 20 years (or longer) of the an ongoing low-grade stress or 20-40 after the real traumatic event.
In all kinds of circumstances, our body want to keep us alive. It never does anything wrong. It makes no mistakes. In its infinite wisdom, our body always gives us the perfect response to the present situation. It's better to have bad breath than no breath, it's better to have cancer than to drop dead of chemical or emotional intoxication. With their best intentions mind-body duo keeps us in the survival mode for much longer than it's necessary. Little by little or all of a sudden we find ourselves out of balance and become exhausted. This imbalance creates lots of physical, emotional, and chemical symptoms and ends up with an illness.
Can we break out of the overprotective grip of our body? Yes, we can! Remember our body is more than the sum of its parts. Your body has a huge capacity to heal itself, but sometimes it needs our help. Something finally leaves our life, while something new is being formed and more and more actively declares itself and comes to us for a long time…
World still looks like a chaotic place and fear erupts ceaselessly. We try to cope with it by doing things that are, as we think, predictable, that are approved by society. These proven ways, however, more and more imprison us into fear. We fall asleep to our own potential to heal and to stay healthy, to create opportunities in our lives…
I belief in our unlimited healing and creative potential… Don’t hear me saying we can avoid aging or death or loss. Life is life…But self-inflicted suffering is optional.
Yes, I have fears, but I choose not to dwell in them...
I choose to stay alive while I'm here, occupying this body. Otherwise what is it all about? What are we afraid of, when we know that next day has never been guaranteed to any of us anyway? It might look like our time is the time of total weirdness, but there is nothing new - we had been through a lot in this planet... and we are designed to live in the times like this, with no stability, with lots of challenges... Every thought, every feeling, every sensation generate a consequence. And we always have a choice. Always… We are so highly adaptable that we are can thrive in the most difficult circumstances...Even now. Especially now. Because it is all we have. Just this very moment... Just now...

Time runs faster and faster. To catch up with it we run, multitaks, overstress... What if for a change you will slow down and savor every bite of your day?... Have you noticed that you really taste every second ? Bliss out of what you see, what you eat, what you hear... enjoy yourself, enjoy your company even it is just your pet, and overload yourself and others with joy...
And, at the end of the day, think of three things you enjoyed the most about the day. Gratitude is a great way to build up a sense of wellbeing and it’s a nice thing to look back on when you want to remember happy times...

So, when you have an objective to get a new car on your driveway, it might be an attempt to avoid pain of not being enough or the opposite - your intention might be to share your love with others, to give your loved ones a few weeks of joy..

The good news is- when you are open to learn about your feelings, when you are willing to heal the false beliefs that causing much of your pain, you get connected to your true self. You begin to love yourself and to share your love with others. At this point your entire life, your entire health begin to flourish and surprise you in a good way. Just set an intention - to get to know your feelings and to take loving care of them.
