I was a very different person before I started meditating. I was anxious, uptight, arrogant, angry…. not the person that I wanted to be.
Then I started meditating.
Practicing meditation allows me to change into who I want to be - kind, patient, compassionate, strong, courageous, resilient…. don't get me wrong, I still have my problems and so many things to work on but now I have a place for them - my meditation cushion where I can see it all for what it is.
