After sharing my story, it went viral! 😱 — over 50K+ views combined on Instagram & TikTok but God didn’t stop there.

He placed it on my heart to go bigger… TEDx. I applied, and then—another TEDx opportunity appears?! And then another one on the last day of the 21 day church fast, to present my PhD research as a TEDx style presentation???

I could literally shiver.

Obedience unlocks rooms.

By the special grace of God, I’ve been invited to deliver a TEDx workshop on Owning Your Voice at Northern University London 🗣️🔥

My first speaking engagement of 2026, stepping fully into my calling — and using my new name (which I will use interchangeably) as I evolve into the woman God is unveiling.

🎬 My first British Urban Film Festival experience, and wow, what a beautifully executed event!

One film that truly touched my heart was — a tender story exploring dementia, identity, and family bonds in Jamaica 🇯🇲🎬 It’s such a powerful reminder of how film can give voice to the narratives of dementia, especially within Caribbean communities.

Losing my grandfather to dementia from.the Commonwealrth of Dominica gave me a deep passion for dementia including tackling ageism and misrepresentation in the media. These portrayals matter — they shape trust, dementia diagnosis rates, treatment, and even political will around implementing national plans on dementia.

We need more stories told by us, for us 🤍 — stories that are culturally grounded and filled with hope. This film is more than a documentary; it’s a bridge connecting families to dementia knowledge and a beacon of hope for the dementia community.

So grateful for this experience and the amazing filmmakers and creatives I met — the connections we make today may speak for us in years to come. 🙏🏾

It’s UN Day! 🇺🇳 Last Christmas, I had the opportunity of a lifetime — interning with the Department of Economic and Social Affairs at the United Nations Headquarters in New York 🇺🇸
Every moment was engaging — from working on dementia policy briefs and meeting with ageing-focused groups to share knowledge and ideas on healthy ageing and inclusion to exploring the UN Library, joining the Christian Society, Ghanian Christmas Social and attending the UN concert.

Today, as we celebrate the UN’s founding on October 24th, 1945, I’m reminded of how relevant its mission remains — especially as dementia is now recognized by the UN as a disability, and initiatives like the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing continue to make global impact🌍
Grateful for the experience, the people, and the purpose that continue to support my journey 💙

- London Youth Art Summit 2025 at the . One conversation sparked a moment! came to me with an idea—I connected him to the Commonwealth team, and together we made it happen. We didn’t just talk—we moved, listened to an orchestra, and felt the sympthony of live piano. It was a reminder that art isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

As a panelist, I shared how the Caribbean’s rich traditions—Calypso, Reggae, Creole music, folktales—can drive policy change and storytelling, and why art should be a national priority.

When we invest in art, we build healthier, stronger communities ❤️

A week of gratitude. A beautiful celebration with friends, family & classmates was held at . Tears. Laughter. Reflections.

I got to share my thesis and recited a special poem I wrote to commemorate this occasion 💜 we did 'small wins' so I could also celebrate my village 🥹

Thank you to for sponsoring his photography services— the village continues to respond!

Hey grandad, I made it!

My grandad, Mr.Terry Vidal passed away with dementia in the Commonwealth of Dominica, and that moment set me on a journey I never could’ve predicted.

Grandad's passing planted a seed — one that led me to apply for a Master’s in Dementia at UCL 10 years after his passing (only did the maths this morning). I was thrilled to receive an offer, but I didn’t have the funding. I explored every possible option, but doors kept closing. So I made the difficult decision to defer my offer for a year.

Then I told the village I needed help. I launched a crowdfunder. Some were curious. Some were concerned. But the village showed up. In just 6 months, by God’s grace, over £20,000 was raised.
This was nothing short of a move of God.

This journey taught me to trust, to lean on Him fully, and to let God speak for Himself. The image you see is proof of His mercy and His faithfulness.

Even in our tiredness God is with us - Pastor .antwi

Buddy Holly was already played at home, I choose it as a send off song to grandad at his funeral and I always come back to his song because it is one of core memories of him.

As we engage in Our Month of Missions at , I also wanted to share something exciting happening in my own journey ✈️🇵🇷

What began as a speaking engagement soon felt like more — I sensed the Holy Spirit nudging me to see it as a mission. I’ll be heading to Puerto Rico for a few days to speak about dementia to students and members of the public in various settings with — raising awareness, sparking conversations, and yes… even playing a little golf while I’m there! 🧠⛳️

While this isn’t a church-organized or traditional mission trip, I truly see it as part of my ministry — and hey, I might even preach the gospel while I’m there too! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to serve in this way. 💛🙏🏽

Stay tuned!
