Testimonial from the family of a client we recently placed...

"Josh is an incredibly insightful and compassionate professional, an absolute pleasure to work with. He and the AbilityMatch team were successful at finding a superb placement for our daughter that very carefully matched her unique set of skills with just the right kind of workplace, a place where she has been successful and valued.

This required keen insight into why other jobs, which seemed so likely to succeed, didn’t quite work out. They got a handle on these issues working directly with our daughter, which reinforced her feelings of independence and adulthood.

After she started working, Josh followed up with her a number of times, and his positive encouragement and sincere concern even further bolstered her confidence. Working with this amazing company has been one of our most satisfying experiences as parents. Looking back, we probably needed his encouragement as much as our daughter, and he offered it warmly and enthusiastically."

Meet Megan!

Unfortunately, Megan lost her job of 13 years at RWJ Fitness & Wellness in Scotch Plains when COVID struck in March of 2020 😔

She's now looking for a new opportunity where she can contribute.

Check out her video and message us if you are interested in meeting her to discuss a part-time position!

In March, the unemployment rate fell to 3.6%, down from 6.4% when President Biden took office 15 months ago.

Numbers like those are forcing employers to be more creative and more open to who they’ll hire, including more candidates with disabilities.
