“I have never been to any type of healing yoga women’s retreat. I’ve never been invited to a place a hand on my heart in tune into my heart message. This yoga teacher training helped me to learn about different layers within myself and also about the leaders within the universe which are really leaders for each other. I also felt safe amongst this beautiful group of women, and felt safe and making myself vulnerable to explore my voice.
