It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day—the schedules, the paperwork, the endless to-do lists.
But then something reminds you.
A conversation. A moment of connection. A small step forward.
And you remember:
This is the whole point.
Creating space for people to feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

🌟 Give your child the gift of emotional growth this summer! 🌟
Feelings Explorers is our fun and supportive social-emotional coaching group just for kids. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, children build confidence, strengthen their social skills, and learn how to better understand and express their feelings.

Due to my own struggles with anxiety and depression from early childhood, I have made it my mission to help those dealing with anxiety/panic disorders, depression and self-love.
As one of my endeavors in 2016, I began the Facebook group “GroupTherapy BY yana” as a social movement to provide women with a positive outlet to anonymously ask questions, with a vision of creating a virtual support system and reducing the stigma of mental health issues. Today, “Group Therapy BY yana” has grown to 12,000 female members with over 2,000 anonymous concerns. (Group Therapy by Yana Facebook Group)
In 2017, I wrote two personal blogs titled “11 Simple Strategies I Use to Help Ease My Anxiety” and “Some Do’s and Don’ts for Living With Anxiety” that were published on “The Mighty” and “Thought Catalog” popular mental health blog sites. (https:thoughtcatalog.com) (https:themighty.com)
Today, Resilient Mind Psychotherapy is the way I am turning my MESS into a MESSAGE.
At Resilient Mind Psychotherapy, we are dedicated to providing an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are heard and solutions are explored.
