✨ Live-In Nanny Needed for a Loving Two-Dad Family | NYC | Long-Term ✨
A warm and welcoming family of two wonderful dads is seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to care for their two little ones, a 6-month-old infant and a 2-year-old toddler, starting February 2026.This is a long-term role (1 year+) for a nanny who is reliable, nurturing, and comfortable becoming part of a family.
🛏 Position: Live-In Nanny
📍 Location: New York City
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 24/5 live-in
🏠 Accommodations: Private bedroom + private bathroom provided
🌎 Language Preference: Mandarin speaker preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
👤 Local candidates only
✨ Compensation
•Starts at $30/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
•Nighttime flat rate provided
•Benefits offered (negotiable based on candidate & experience)
✨ Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, loving care for an infant and a toddler
• Support the toddler’s daily school routine, including drop-off and pick-up
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, playdates, and outings
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Lead bath and bedtime routines
• Maintain a warm, structured environment that supports milestones and learning
• Be on call at night when needed (infant care)
• Help with light child-related tasks (tidying play areas, laundry, bottles, etc.)
• Confidently navigate the city by foot and metro with the kids
✨ Ideal Candidate
• Experienced with both infants and toddlers
• Emotionally intelligent, proactive, organized, and efficient
• Able to establish routines, provide loving structure, and communicate clearly
• Comfortable in a live-in setting and collaborating with involved, respectful parents
• Plus but not required:
• Teaching or early childhood education background
• Ability to travel with the family
✨ Requirements
• Local candidates only (NYC commuting area)
• Fluent or conversational Mandarin a bonus
• Up-to-date on Flu, Tdap, and COVID vaccinations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong references
• Comfortable with long-term commitment(1+ year)
