So much so, that I have to eat more calorie dense foods just so I do not get too lean!⁠ I keep loosing fat. 🙈

The secret is in my responsive training style! I keep good notes on all client metrics/performances and for myself too. What I do with this information is simple.⁠⠀

1.Keep pushing the needle even slightly so that progress is made every single week. Unless you get sick, that's the only time I do not push limits.⁠⠀

I Still remember the first time I did lunges and how dead my legs felt the day after!⁠😰⠀

Lunges still to this day make me sore every single time!⁠🔥⠀
Without fail!⁠💯⠀
⁠⠀
But I don't always feel sore with squats and deadlifts, my other two favorite exercises for compliantly different reasons.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
The thing about lunges are:⁠😏⠀
1- for starters it involves some awesome unilateral work, which is perfect for building even strength without compensation.⁠⠀
2- Stability and hip integrity are added variable to the movement, increasing difficulty and therefore effectiveness. ⁠⠀
3- You get a perfect range of motion every single rep as long as you are getting that back knee close to ground⁠⠀
4- the muscles activated include everything lower body that you need! (calves, hamstrings, quads, and glutes!)⁠⠀
5-even with a heavy weight because of the form, you don't have to worry so much on loosing posture. Just focus on the legs.⠀

Simple ingredients + proper proportions= a sexy body🙌🏾
It’s not always what you eat, but how much of it. Make sure your daily options shouldn’t be bi-weekly cheat meals😏.
Try adding one simple meal a week and just see how your body feels! It’s all about the daily little choices.
Anyone can make it through a 1 hr workout... it’s the other 23 that matter. 💯

Everything we want to achieve that we haven’t yet is on the other side of discomfort. Essentially, if you have not achieved it yet it can only be for two reasons. ⠀

1. You do not know how⠀
2. You are not willing to make sacrifices. ⠀

So many of us want to see changes in our bodies and have access to the information on how to change it. So what happens?⠀

If I can bottle this and get everyone to figure this out I could be a billionaire! 💯😅🤔⠀

Here is the thing😏..., there are many variables at play which will determine your body fat which is basically all we are talking about here. ⠀

Having a low body fat percentage is not hard! 👍🏾The challange really comes if what you want can not be reflected in your daily life! ⠀

What does this mean for you?⠀
Say for example, you did a lot of manual labor meaning you are moving boxes or something all day. Then let’s say you ate a plant based diet.... being lean would be easy for you simply because your activity level is high and your caloric intake is low. 🔥☝🏾⠀

Now on the other hand if you are mostly sedentary and are high carb and high fat foods, being lean would be next to impossible. ⠀

So where do you stand on the range of lifestyle vs eating habits?⠀

☝🏾This is the basis of all training programs. To determine what your lifestyle is like now, then prescribe new movements to add to your routine with goals of increasing your BMR all while coaching healthier lifestyle choices. 💯⠀
