I just spent Labor Day weekend living my best life - Afrojack (throwback to 2012 lol!), bottle service, cocktails, and indulgent meals with the people I love. And you know what? I didn’t wake up on Tuesday feeling guilty, bloated, and like I’d ruined all my progress.
