Wow! Pizza Chaffles. This cured my pizza craving, tastes just like an English muffin pizza!
1 egg, 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella, few shakes of garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Cook in mini waffle maker (this amount makes 2). Once cooked, place on a cookie sheet and top with any low carb/sugar free pizza sauce, I used two tablespoons. Then top with a handful of more shredded mozzarella. A few shakes of oregano and crushed red pepper. You can add pepperoni if you’d like. Put in oven at 400 for 5-10 minutes until top cheese melts.
This was the best Keto friendly thing I’ve made in three weeks. It is so delicious. Totally cured my craving.
