I couldn’t believe it…
My body actually went through withdrawal when I removed sugar, gluten, dairy and caffeine from my body.
I had a headache for a week and fatigue that wouldn't go away. It was not a fun week. 🤢
It was a detox. We throw that word around but a detox means we are eliminating toxins.
The everyday diet is full of them. Many of us have no idea what these inflammatory & processed foods are doing to our lives.
I am so happy I went through my detox withdrawal.
I went from dealing with:
❌ chronic fatigue
❌ bloating
❌ Irritability/periods of depression
❌ digestive issues
❌ poor sleep
❌ difficulty losing weight
Now I’m able to lead a fully lived life. My detox taught me so much about my body and how it SHOULD feel.
What real normal is…
✅ Energy that lasts through the day
✅ No more bloating
✅ Mood stability
✅ No digestive issues
✅ Sleeping like a baby
✅ Losing weight more easily
