WHAT TO EXPECT:
Run Run Yogi - is a 75-minute multidisciplinary practice consisting of a dynamic warm-up (5m), a group run (20m), and a post-run yoga practice (45m). We'll focus on ground-up alignment, activation of key running-specific muscles, and creating space for stretches that promote active recovery. We'll work to connect running mechanics with complementary strength-training movements, promoting a solid foundation for work and injury prevention.
Vinyasa Flow - Dani teaches with clear, simple, alignment based instructions paired with inventive sequencing that she links seamlessly with the breath. You can expect traditional yoga postures with an innovative approach in each of her classes. Dani offers safe variations and modifications throughout the practice so that each student leaves feeling cared for, accomplished, and thankful that they got on their mat that day.
