What you’ll need:

⭕️ 1½–2 lbs beef stew meat
⭕️ 4 carrots, sliced
⭕️ 3–4 potatoes, chopped
⭕️ 1 onion, diced
⭕️ 2 celery stalks, sliced
⭕️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
⭕️ 4 cups beef broth
⭕️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
⭕️ 1 tsp paprika
⭕️ 1 tsp thyme
⭕️ Salt & black pepper
⭕️ 1–2 tbsp olive oil
⭕️ Optional: bay leaf, peas

How it comes together:

Tonight’s recipe is Weeknight Honey Chicken 🍯🍗
This is exactly the kind of meal Cartwise is built for—simple, filling, and made from everyday ingredients you can actually find.

What you need:

4–6 chicken thighs

Baby potatoes (halved)

Carrots (chunked)

Broccoli florets

Garlic

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Honey Glaze:

⅓ cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp paprika

Optional: red pepper flakes

How it comes together:

Heat your skillet with a little oil. Season the chicken and sear until golden.

Pull the chicken out. Toss the veggies in the same pan with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Whisk the honey glaze and pour it in.

Add the chicken back, nestle it into the veggies, and bake at 400° for about 25–30 minutes.
