De todas las cosas que han llegado en este año fue le integración del conocimiento que YO -y nadie más- decido mi destino. Yo creo mi realidad. La combinación variable de las palabras, pensamientos, comportamientos crean este único resultado que se llama VIDA.
Cuando empezó este año yo sabía que quise una vida diferente. Pero fue gracias a la pausa colectiva que pude entender que si quiero una vida diferente, depende de mí pensar diferente, creer diferente, comportarme diferente.
Y así empecé a preguntarme “¿Que quiero?” Hice listas, dibuje calendarios, marque fechas, invertí en materiales. Al fin lo que resultó fue un plan de trabajo profesional y personal de seis meses. No te puedo contar todas las cosas que logré cambiar pero puedo compartir esta práctica que me ayudó mucho y me sigue ayudando.
Afirmaciones. Al decirlo empiezas a vibrar en la frecuencia que aspiras. Mientras más declaras lo que quieres o calidades que quieres exhibir, más real lo vuelves.
Te ofrezco estas para practicar un poco. Mídetelas a ver si una o dos te queda bien. Sino inventa las tuyas. Escríbeme las en los comentarios y así las diré también para fortalecer esa energía hacía ti.
