I'm thinking about running a *free* 10-week challenge that provides some exercise templates, nutrition recommendations, and accountability via a private Facebook group.

While I will not be coaching, I will be providing the tools to get started and I will also be participating as I have some goals I'd like to accomplish the next couple months!

We often think of exercise as a structured movement or activities, but it doesn't have to be! Taking a walk while listening to a podcast or doing some bodyweight movements at home that you like adds some exercise without too much mental work or planning. Sometimes, I just do 100 squats, 100 pushups, and as many pullups as I can when I don't really feel like exercising but want to do :

Starting my Friday off with a little sass! Generally, I think there are a lot of well-meaning folks out there legitimately trying to provide information (which may be incorrect). There are definitely some con artists out there preying on people's desires to live a healthier life, so it's something to be mindful of. Does it sound too good to be true? It probably is! I give influencers a hard time because they have a large audience, many don't have credentials but because of their audience size they *seem* credible, and I see them doing or "creating" nonsensical exercises for content (also I am tired of doom scrolling and seeing the same exact videos done by different people. Copy/paste content).
