We are delighted to welcome Charles Dietz to our team. Charles has worked in chemical remediation for over forty years. His career has spanned numerous industries including oilfield production, stimulation, along with municipal water clarification and surface water environmental impact assessment. His undergraduate work was completed at the Permian Basin community college and the University of Texas. Charles holds Master of Science in Chemistry. He brings to Sopax extensive chemical microencapsulation experience.

We are delighted to welcome Isabelle Glennon on board as an intern. Isabelle is a recent alumna of Dartmouth College where she studied neuroscience and played varsity soccer. Since graduating, she has worked in several startup environments focused on business growth and development analytics. She joined us in January 2023 contributing in marketing, social media management, and product development.
